1. "Autopaikoista"
Kilpailuohjelmassa sanotaan: ”Laitospysäköintiä tai pysäköinnin laajaa keskittämistä tulee välttää”. Voiko sen tulkita niin, että jos sijoittaa esim. paikoitustilaa joidenkin talojen kellarikerroksiin perustellusti, se voidaan kuitenkin sallia? Varsinkin jos autopaikkojen tonttikohtaisuus huomioidaan, eikä kyseinen paikoitusratkaisu ole laajamittaista.

1. “Concerning parking places”
It is stated in the competition programme that ”Parking buildings or large areas for centralised parking are not advisable.” Can this be understood so that if you plan parking space in the basement of some of the houses with good reason, it would be allowed? Especially if you take into account the need of parking places per plot, and this parking solution is not too prevalent.
Answer:

2. "Kuvitus"
Olisiko kilpailijoiden mahdollista saada käyttöönsä kilpailuohjelmassa näkyviä tai näitä vastaavia ortho- ja viistoilmakuvia hyvällä resoluutiolla varustettuna?

2. “Images”
Is it possible for the entrants to get hold of good resolution images of the orthographic and perspective aerial photos seen in the competition programme, or equivalent?
Answer:
These images have been added to the competition website.
3. ”Pulteri"
Olisiko kilpailuasiakirjoihin mahdollista liittää vielä orthoilmakuva tai viistoilmakuva alueesta?

Is it possible to add an orthographic or perspective aerial photo of the site to the competition material?

4. “Thank you”
The photo folder added with competition conditions does not include any aerophotos for making bird’s eye perspectives. Is it possible to add some aerophotos of the site on the competition’s official homepage?

Kilpailuasiakirjojen kuvissa ei ole mukana yhtään ilmakuvia perspektiivikuvien tekemistä varten. Onko alueen ilmakuvien lisääminen kilpailun kotisivuille mahdollista?

5. “Eligibility”
I have one question, considering the eligibility. I am graduate engineer in architecture, working for the last 8 years as an architect in Germany, but not being a member of the chamber of architects, am I allowed to participate in this competition, or not?
Answer:
The participant has to clarify his/her position in his/her own country. Competition organizer unfortunately does not have information concerning the access to the profession in all EU countries or countries covered by EU procurement legislation.
5. “Osallistumisoikeus”
Minulla on kysymys koskien osallistumisoikeutta. Olen valmistunut arkkitehdiksi ja työskennellyt viimeiset 8 vuotta arkkitehtina Saksassa, mutta en ole arkkitehtiliiton jäsen. Voinko ottaa osaa tähän kilpailuun vai en?
Vastaus:
Kilpailijan on itse varmistettava asemansa omassa maassaan. Kilpailun järjestäjällä ei valitettavasti ole tietoa kaikkien osallistumisoikeuden piiriin kuuluvien maiden rajoitteista liittyen arkkitehdin ammatin harjoittamiseen.
6. “Questions”
- Does the area of gross 20-30.000 m2 defined by the invitation to the competition also include the area of the institutions to be located there, or only the area of housing?
Answer:

- Are the relative proportions of the types of flats/houses to be built predetermined in the rules? Is there any expectation in this regard?
Answer:
See 3.4.2
- What are the specifications for the zones A, KL/T, Y/KL in the land use plan included in the invitation documentation?
Answer:
There are no further specifications except the ones provided on the land use plan.
- Will the plots of the flats to be built later go into private ownership or remain the property of the city of Jyväskylä?
Answer:
The flats will be private.
- Where are the mass transportation contact points for the area?
Answer:
There are two existing bus stops on Taulumäki road. (see supplement)
6. “Kysymyksiä”
- Sisältääkö kilpailuohjelmassa määritelty 20 - 30 000 kem2 myös alueen opistorakennukset vai ainoastaan asuinrakentamisen?

- Onko alueelle rakennettavien asunto/talotyyppien suhteet määrätty kilpailusäännöissä? Onko asiasta mitään odotusarvoa?

- Mitkä ovat tarkennukset kilpailuohjelmaan sisältyvän maankäyttösuunnitelman alueille A, KL/T ja Y/KL?
Vastaus:
Maankäyttösuunnitelmassa olevien merkintöjen lisäksi ei ole tarkennuksia.
- Siirtyvätkö myöhemmin rakennettavien asuntojen tontit yksityisomistukseen vai säilyvätkö ne Jyväskylän kaupungin omaisuutena?
Vastaus:
Asunnot tulevat olemaan yksityisomistuksessa.
- Missä ovat alueen joukkoliikenteen liityntäkohdat?
Vastaus:
Taulumäentiellä on kaksi bussipysäkkiä. (ks. liite)
